Today Recovery

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use

of the website www.today-recovery.com and all related online booking systems, communication tools and services (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Today Recovery (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this Site, booking a session, or submitting any personal data, you agree to these Terms.


1. Nature of Services

Today Recovery provides wellness, recovery, physical support and lifestyle services, including but not limited to:

  • movement-based recovery sessions

  • mobility and relaxation treatments

  • wellness and stress management sessions

  • fitness-based recovery programmes

  • supervised practical training placements

We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, rehabilitation, psychotherapy or healthcare services.

All services offered through Today Recovery are non-medical wellness services.


2. No Medical Advice

All content on this Site is provided for general information and wellbeing purposes only.

It is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified doctor, physiotherapist or healthcare professional before beginning any new physical, recovery or wellness programme.

If you have a medical condition, injury, chronic illness, pregnancy or disability, you must seek medical clearance before participating.


3. Professional Standards

All practitioners working in Today Recovery programmes are:

  • trained by Profi Fitness School Ireland

  • certified instructors or trainers

  • minimum 3 years of professional experience

  • required to complete 70 hours of supervised practical placement before working independently

No practitioner is allowed to provide independent services until these requirements have been completed.


4. Training & Practice Locations

Today Recovery currently operates through:

  • temporary venues

  • partner studios

  • pop-up recovery spaces

  • mobile and pilot practice locations

We do not yet operate permanent treatment centres. Locations may change and are announced through the booking system and website.


5. Bookings and Sessions

Bookings for recovery and wellness sessions are made through www.today-recovery.com.

By making a booking you confirm that:

  • you are fit to participate

  • you have disclosed any medical conditions

  • you understand the non-medical nature of the service

We reserve the right to refuse service where participation may pose a safety risk.


6. No Guarantee of Results

Results from recovery, movement, relaxation and wellness sessions vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements or health results.


7. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • to provide truthful and accurate information

  • not to use the Site for illegal or harmful purposes

  • not to misuse booking systems, staff or facilities

You participate in all sessions at your own risk.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Today Recovery shall not be liable for:

  • injuries

  • health complications

  • emotional distress

  • financial losses

  • missed results

arising from participation in services, except where required by law.


9. Data and Privacy

Use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected and used.


10. Changes to Services

We may change:

  • locations

  • schedules

  • practitioners

  • types of services

at any time without prior notice.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the European Union.
